Privacy Policy

Sportyn is a sports-research and paper-simulation platform available through its website and the Sportyn Telegram bot. This policy explains what information Sportyn processes, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Telegram account information: your Telegram user ID, username when available, chat ID, commands sent to Sportynbot, command outcomes, and alert preferences.
- Account and access information: one-time link codes, hashed session tokens, subscription status, role, access dates, and security or administration audit records.
- Payment-verification information: Solana payment intent identifiers, public wallet recipient and reference data, transaction signatures, amounts, status, and verification timestamps. Sportyn does not receive or store your wallet private keys or seed phrase.
- Paper-simulation information: simulated bankroll balances, research selections, stakes, odds, results, and timestamps. These are simulations and do not execute real-money wagers.
- Technical information: security logs and limited request information needed to operate, protect, and diagnose the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, enforce subscriptions and permissions, verify on-chain payments, provide predictions and research tools, operate paper simulations, deliver requested Telegram alerts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and maintain service security and integrity.
Cookies and sessions
The website uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie named sportyn_session to keep you signed in. It is configured with Secure and SameSite protections and normally expires within 30 days. Sportyn does not use this cookie for third-party advertising.
Sharing and service providers
Sportyn does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers strictly as needed to operate the service, including Telegram for bot communications, Solana network infrastructure for public transaction verification, hosting providers, and sports-data or odds providers. Public blockchain transactions are independently visible on the Solana network.
Retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain subscription and payment records, protect against abuse, satisfy operational or legal requirements, and preserve research-system integrity. Expired link codes and sessions cease to authorize access, though limited audit or transaction records may be retained.
Security
Sportyn uses access controls, hashed authentication secrets, secure cookies, least-privilege service configuration, and audit records. No system can guarantee absolute security. Never send Sportyn, Sportynbot, or anyone claiming to represent Sportyn your wallet seed phrase or private key.
Your choices and rights
You may disable or pause Telegram alerts through the bot settings. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-associated information, subject to security, fraud-prevention, transaction-record, and legal retention requirements. Children
Sportyn is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The service provides research and paper simulation only and does not place real-money wagers.
International use
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using Sportyn, you understand that privacy and data-protection rules may differ between jurisdictions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
